Show up in AI answers.

When someone asks ChatGPT or Google AI "who's the best [service] near me," your business should be in the answer. Whether it is comes down to two things: what your own site and profiles say about you, and what other people say about you.

What AI answers look at

AI engines don't guess. They read the same sources your customers read, your listings, your site, your reviews, and decide which businesses are safe to recommend. It helps to split what they look at into two buckets:

Controlled. The things you own.

Your website, your Google Business Profile, your directory listings. Names, addresses, hours, services, categories. These are levers: you and we can work on them directly.

Earned. What others say.

Reviews, mentions, links, and how often your business shows up in search. These come from the market, not from your keyboard. They can be observed, never inflated.

We score them separately, one score for Controlled, one for Earned, and never blend them into a single number. A perfect listing won't hide weak reviews, and great reviews won't fix a broken listing.

What you can fix yourself

You don't need to be technical. These four steps are free and take an afternoon:

  1. Make your hours right everywhere. Check your Google Business Profile and the biggest directories. Wrong hours are one of the fastest ways to get skipped.
  2. Match your name and address everywhere. "St." on your site and "Street" on Yelp is the kind of mismatch that confuses AI engines.
  3. Pick the right categories on your Google Business Profile. Categories tell the engines what you do. A contractor listed as "General Contractor" won't show up for "roof repair."
  4. Answer real customer questions on your own site. Write the questions people actually ask, prices, service area, how long jobs take, in plain words. AI engines lift answers from pages that say things clearly.

What the audit checks

Our Digital Presence Audit checks your business against 18 axes. 6 Controlled axes (listings, profiles, pages) and 5 Earned axes (reviews, mentions, links, visibility) make up two scores, one per side. 7 more, like site health, security and new reviews, are reported alongside and never blended into either score. You also get the exact list of what's wrong and in what order to fix it.

One part of the check covers your listings across 16 key directories: Google Business Profile, Yelp, Facebook, BBB, Yellow Pages, Foursquare, MapQuest, Apple Maps, Bing Places, Trustpilot, TripAdvisor, Nextdoor, Chamber of Commerce, Angi, Thumbtack, Houzz. Same name, same address, same hours. Verified one by one.

The audit is $500. If you start a monthly plan within 14 days of delivery, the $500 is credited toward your plan.
