Rank for the treatments. Not just the spa.
Med spa SEO for clinics that want to own Botox, filler, laser, and body contouring searches in their market.
Why your phone isn't ringing
Med spa search is treatment-specific, not location-specific. Someone searching "Botox near me" has a different intent than someone searching "laser hair removal" or "CoolSculpting." They have a specific treatment in mind, a price range they’ve already researched, and they’re comparing 4–6 clinics before booking. If your site has one generic "services" page instead of dedicated treatment pages with pricing context, clinical details, and before/after content, you lose the search to a competitor whose page answered their question more completely.
Compliance complicates everything. Advertising claims about Botox, fillers, and laser treatments are regulated, and generic SEO agencies don’t know the rules. Before/after photos require proper consent language. Pricing claims have FDA implications. Treatment descriptions can’t promise specific outcomes. Getting this wrong doesn’t just hurt SEO — it exposes you to regulatory action. A governed SEO process matters more here than in almost any other vertical we work with.
What a governed system looks like
Most SEO agencies operate behind a curtain. You sign a contract, money leaves your account every month, and a PDF report shows up in your inbox talking about “impressions” and “rankings.” You have no way to verify what was actually changed on your site, why it was changed, or whether it worked. That is not how we work.
Every recommended change — a title tag edit, a new service page, a schema update, a GBP post — is proposed in your portal first. You read the reason. You see the expected impact. You click approve or reject. Nothing touches your live site without your explicit authorization. The change is logged, timestamped, and visible to you forever.
After the change goes live, we measure the impact against a baseline. If the change moves your rankings, calls, or form submissions in the right direction, it stays. If it does not, it reverses automatically. You do not pay for work that did not produce a result.
We don’t send you monthly PDF reports. We give you a live dashboard that shows before/after snapshots, a health score, and every pending decision waiting on your review.
Everything in the retainer
Rebuilt profile with correct categories, service areas, attributes, photos, and hours. Fresh weekly posts that keep your listing active and visible in the local pack.
The system fires a request to every customer right after the job finishes, with a direct link. More reviews mean higher map pack rankings and more calls from people already looking.
Consistent name, address, and phone across Yelp, BBB, Angi, Nextdoor, and the major vertical directories. Inconsistencies here quietly suppress your ranking. We clean and monitor them.
Schema markup, content depth on service pages, internal linking, and technical cleanup. Built so Google can actually understand what you do, where you do it, and who you serve.
New service pages, expanded copy, meta tags, and schema updates every month. Every change surfaces in your portal for approval before it publishes.
Every site change is submitted to Google and Bing immediately for recrawl. No waiting 6–8 weeks for natural discovery — updates hit the index within days.
We monitor the three highest-ranking competitors in your service area and surface what they’re doing that you’re not. Updated monthly inside the portal.
Live dashboard with current health score, before/after snapshots of every change, and the measured impact on rankings, calls, and form submissions. Not a monthly PDF.
Nothing touches your live site without your explicit approval. Every proposed change shows up in the portal with a reason, expected impact, and timestamped audit trail.
If a change doesn’t improve rankings, calls, or the health score within the measurement window, it reverses itself. You don’t pay for work that didn’t produce a result.
Every proposed change is generated by one AI model and independently verified by a second against real evidence from your site. Claims that can’t be substantiated never reach your portal.

Questions we get from owners like you
How do you handle before/after photos and compliance?
Every before/after gets proper consent documentation and disclaimer language reviewed before it goes live. We don’t publish treatment claims that can’t be substantiated, and we follow FDA guidance on cosmetic treatment advertising. If there’s a question about whether a specific claim is defensible, it goes to you for approval before publishing.
Which treatment pages actually drive bookings?
Depends on your market, but in most metros the highest-intent pages are Botox, lip filler, laser hair removal, and (recently) GLP-1 weight loss programs if you offer them. CoolSculpting and microneedling are medium-volume. The audit identifies which treatments have untapped search volume in your service area and ranks build-out priority by expected ROI.
What about membership programs? Do those rank?
They rank if built out properly. Most med spas bury their membership in a pricing sub-page — which is a wasted opportunity, because "med spa membership [city]" has real search volume and most competitors ignore it. We build dedicated membership pages with schema and service-area targeting that capture that specific buyer intent.
We’re in a crowded market. Can we actually rank?
Crowded markets reward specificity. If every med spa in your city ranks for "med spa" generically, nobody dominates treatment-specific searches. The strategy for competitive markets is to own narrow high-intent queries ("baby Botox [city]," "Dysport vs Botox") rather than compete head-on for broad terms. The diagnostic will map that opportunity for your specific market.
Do you handle paid social and Instagram too?
We don’t manage Instagram directly, but we integrate organic search with the content you’re already posting — repurposing treatment content, feeding blog posts off Instagram themes, optimizing image alt text for visual search. We stay in our lane (organic SEO and GBP) but we coordinate with whoever’s running your social.
