Audit-01 found a strong controlled baseline (89.8/100) — our site architecture, security headers, and content depth hold up well against the diagnostic. The gap is on earned signals: at 8 months old, we have limited citation footprint, no review volume, and minimal third-party mentions.

The Sept 16 sprint is focused on Tier A site fixes (LCP, thin pages) that feed directly into the controlled score. Earned signals are monitored but not targeted for the 18-day window — that’s an honest call, not an oversight. Delta will post here once Audit-02 completes.
