Founding wave bundle

Before your audit runs: full refund, no questions.
If you change your mind any time before we run your audit, reply to any email from us and you get every dollar back. No forms, no exit interview.

After your audit is delivered: the work is done.
The audit is custom work performed on your business — once it’s run and delivered, it’s not refundable. That’s the standard for custom diagnostic work.

But the promise is the product.
If we don’t deliver what was promised — no audit, no portal access, no walkthrough video, no re-run — you get a full refund. If any piece of the bundle doesn’t show up, say so and it’s made right or refunded. Your call.

The 90-day portal and re-run are included extras.
They’re part of the founding bundle, not separate purchases — they don’t have their own refund line. If the core audit was delivered, the bundle was delivered.

Talk to us before a chargeback.
A chargeback freezes everything — your portal, your re-run, and your refund. Email us first and we’ll sort it in a day. We’d rather refund you directly than fight your bank.

Standard audits ($500 SEO Diagnostic, $750 Automation Diagnostic)

Audits. Fees for the Digital Presence Audit and the Automation Audit are non-refundable once audit work has begun. Audit work begins when we initiate analysis after receiving your intake information. If we are unable to deliver the agreed audit scope for any reason attributable to No Code Labs Inc., a full refund of the audit fee will be issued. Inability to deliver due to client-side factors — such as failure to provide required access or information — does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Audit Fee Credit. If you purchase an audit and subscribe to any tier within 30 days of the audit purchase, the audit fee is credited toward your first billing period. The credit applies only to the first billing period, is non-transferable, and is not refundable if the subscription is cancelled during that period.

Subscriptions (Operate, Grow, Scale)

Subscriptions. Monthly subscription fees (Operate, Grow, Scale) cover the billing period in which they are charged. You may cancel at any time from the portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made. Work completed and published during a paid period remains yours. Unused portions of a billing period are not refundable. For annual subscriptions, cancellation stops renewal; the prepaid period is not refunded.

Audits included with a subscription. Audits delivered as part of a subscription’s first month are included in the subscription fee. No separate fee is charged for them and no separate refund applies. If a subscription is cancelled during its first billing period, the included audit is delivered and the first month’s fee is not refunded.

Beta Program. No payment is collected during the beta period. Beta participants receive audit access and portal access at no charge. No refund policy applies to the beta period because no payment is made. If you choose to subscribe after the beta period, standard subscription terms and this refund policy apply from that point forward.

Reply to any email from NoCode Labs. That’s it. We’ll confirm within one business day.

The fine print (honest version)

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
  • Founding bundle: founding spots aren’t transferable — your audit is run on your business.
  • Standard audits: the audit fee credit toward a subscription is non-transferable and applies to the first billing period only.
  • Subscriptions: cancel any time from the portal; the current billing period is not prorated or refunded.
  • Standard audits and subscriptions: if a deliverable doesn’t meet the agreed scope, tell us in writing within 14 days of delivery at info@nocodelabs.io. We’ll either revise it to meet scope or issue a proportional refund for the unfulfilled portion. Disputes raised after 14 days may not be eligible.
  • This policy is issued by No Code Labs Inc., a Delaware corporation (“No Code Labs Inc.,” “we,” “us”). By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms above.
