Refund Policy
Effective date: February 22, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by No Code Labs Inc., a Delaware corporation (“No Code Labs Inc.,” “we,” “us”). By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the refund terms described below.
Diagnostic Audits. Diagnostic audit fees are non-refundable once diagnostic work has begun. Diagnostic work is considered to have begun when our team initiates the analysis process, which typically occurs within 24 hours of receiving the required access credentials and information from you. If we are unable to deliver the agreed diagnostic scope for any reason attributable to No Code Labs Inc., a full refund of the audit fee will be issued. Inability to deliver due to client-side factors, such as failure to provide required access or unresponsive communication, does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Execution Retainers. Monthly retainer fees cover all work performed during that billing period. If you cancel an execution or buildout engagement mid-cycle, all work completed to date within the current billing period will be delivered to you, and no further charges will be incurred for subsequent billing periods. Unused portions of a monthly retainer are not refundable, as team resources, tooling, and capacity are allocated at the start of each billing cycle based on your engagement scope.
Audit Fee Credit. When a diagnostic audit fee is credited toward the first month of a governed execution retainer, as specified during the intake process, the credit applies exclusively to the first billing period of the execution engagement. This credit is non-transferable to subsequent billing periods, other services, or other engagements. If the execution engagement is terminated before the first billing period concludes, the credited audit fee is not refundable.
Disputes. If you believe a deliverable does not meet the agreed engagement scope, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at info@nocodelabs.io with a detailed description of the discrepancy between the delivered work and the agreed scope. We will review the concern and, at our discretion, either revise the deliverable to meet the agreed scope or issue a proportional refund reflecting the portion of scope that was not fulfilled. Disputes raised after the 14-day period may not be eligible for revision or refund.
How to Request a Refund. To request a refund, contact info@nocodelabs.io with your engagement details, including the service purchased, date of purchase, and the reason for your request. Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
