There's a free instant scan at /diagnostic. The $500 Digital Presence Audit is the product — every subscription starts with it. The subscription is the agents doing the fixing.
What's the difference between Operate and Grow?
Operate keeps your listings clean and fixes your website. Grow adds new content and local outreach on top, plus a monthly call.
Do I have to buy the audit separately?
No. Every tier includes the Digital Presence Audit in month one (Scale includes the Automation Audit). If you bought an audit on its own and subscribe within 30 days, the fee is credited to your first month.
What's the Automation Audit?
Everything in the Digital Presence Audit plus a workflow layer: we map your operations, find where hours are lost, and rank what to automate. $750 on its own, included with Scale.
Can I really cancel any month?
Yes. From the portal, no call. You keep everything that's been published.
What if I approve a change and it makes things worse?
Every change is tracked against the metric it targets. If it doesn't move, it's rolled back and logged.
How fast will I see results?
GBP and review signals tend to move first. Citations and AI visibility take longer. Rankings and calls are the slowest and we never promise them. You see both scores every month either way.
Do I need to do anything?
Approve actions in the portal, a few minutes at a time. Or set the rules once at onboarding and let it run.
