Digital Presence Audit for HVAC Contractors
This audit is for heating and air conditioning contractors who get their best calls when something breaks. We check what a homeowner sees in that moment: your Google listing, whether it shows you as open after hours, the towns you cover, your phone number everywhere it appears, and whether AI assistants recommend you. It costs $500, one time. You get a PDF report with two scores and a ranked list of fixes, plus a link where it and any future updates live. It arrives by email. Most audits are delivered in 2–4 hours; larger or more complex businesses can take up to 24 hours.
Who this is for, and who it isn’t
Gaps the audit usually finds
After-hours service Google doesn’t know about
You take emergency calls, but your listing shows you closed at 5. The homeowner with no heat calls whoever shows as open.
Old phone numbers on directories
A number from years ago is still on a handful of directories. Some calls go nowhere, and Google trusts your listing less when your details don’t match.
One service page for everything
Repair, install, and maintenance all live on one page, so you show up for none of the specific searches people actually make.
What running the audit looks like
You check out
$500 on Stripe. You get an email with a link that signs you in. Nothing to set up.
We look where your customers look
Your Google listing, your hours and emergency-service details, the towns you cover, your phone number across 40+ directories, home-services review sites, and what ChatGPT and Perplexity say when someone asks who can fix their AC tonight.
A second check on every finding
A second AI model re-checks each finding. When two sources disagree, like an old phone number on one directory, it gets flagged for a person, not guessed at.
Your report arrives
Two scores and a ranked fix list, with the most important fix at the top. You decide what happens next.
Price, what it connects to, and limits

What it connects to
Nothing to install and nothing to set up. The audit reads what customers already see: your Google Business Profile, Google Search and Maps, your website, 40+ directories, review sites, your social profiles, and what ChatGPT and Perplexity say when someone asks about businesses like yours.
Limits
- Each location needs its own audit for its own listings, reviews, and search results — but shared website work isn’t billed twice. Contact us for a quote.
- The audit finds and ranks problems. It doesn’t make the changes for you. That’s what our monthly plans do, and nothing there goes live without your yes.
- We don’t promise rankings, calls, or bookings. We measure what’s there today and show you what moved next time.
- We don’t run or manage paid ads.
Questions from owners like you
Should I run this before summer or before winter?
Either works. The best time is four to six weeks before your busiest season, so fixes are in place before the rush.
Does the audit look at my Google Ads?
No. It looks at the free listings and your site. We don’t run or review ads.
I cover a big area. Will the audit check every town?
It checks which towns your listing and site say you serve, and whether you show up in searches from them. We check up to 25 nearby towns you serve — weighted by proximity to your primary listing.
