Digital Presence Audit for Painting Contractors
This audit is for painting contractors who are out on jobs all day and can’t watch their own listings. We check what a homeowner sees before they ask you for a quote: your Google listing, the towns you say you serve, your project photos, your reviews, and whether AI assistants recommend you. It costs $500, one time. You get a PDF report with two scores and a ranked list of fixes, plus a link where it and any future updates live. It arrives by email. Most audits are delivered in 2–4 hours; larger or more complex businesses can take up to 24 hours.
Who this is for, and who it isn’t
Gaps the audit usually finds
Service area that stops at your own town
Your listing and site only name the town your shop is in, so you don’t show up for the towns next door you actually paint in.
Old or missing project photos
Homeowners hire painters with their eyes. A listing with a logo and two photos from years ago loses to one with last month’s kitchen.
Reviews with no replies
Reviews come in, but nobody answers them. Replies are one of the few things that show a homeowner there’s a real person behind the business.
What running the audit looks like
You check out
$500 on Stripe. You get an email with a link that signs you in. Nothing to set up.
We look where your customers look
Your Google listing and service area, your quote or contact page, your project photos, home-services directories and review sites, 40+ directories in all, and what ChatGPT and Perplexity say when a homeowner asks for a painter near them.
A second check on every finding
A second AI model re-checks each finding. When two sources disagree, like an old phone number on one directory, it gets flagged for a person, not guessed at.
Your report arrives
Two scores and a ranked fix list, with the most important fix at the top. You decide what happens next.
Price, what it connects to, and limits

What it connects to
Nothing to install and nothing to set up. The audit reads what customers already see: your Google Business Profile, Google Search and Maps, your website, 40+ directories, review sites, your social profiles, and what ChatGPT and Perplexity say when someone asks about businesses like yours.
Limits
- Each location needs its own audit for its own listings, reviews, and search results — but shared website work isn’t billed twice. Contact us for a quote.
- The audit finds and ranks problems. It doesn’t make the changes for you. That’s what our monthly plans do, and nothing there goes live without your yes.
- We don’t promise rankings, calls, or bookings. We measure what’s there today and show you what moved next time.
- We don’t run or manage paid ads.
Questions from owners like you
I do both interior and exterior. Does the audit check both?
Yes. It checks whether your listing and site make both clear, and whether you show up when someone searches for either.
I already get plenty of referrals. Why would I need this?
Referred customers still look you up before they call. The audit shows what they find when they do.
Will you contact my customers for reviews?
No. The audit looks at your reviews. It doesn’t contact anyone.
