Digital Presence Audit for Solo Service Businesses
This audit is for one-person service businesses, where the owner is also the one doing the work, answering the phone, and keeping the listings up to date. We check everything a customer sees before they call: your Google listing, your website if you have one, your reviews, directories, social profiles, and whether AI assistants recommend you. It costs $500, one time. You get a PDF report with two scores and a short, ranked list of fixes, plus a link where it and any future updates live. It arrives by email. Most audits are delivered in 2–4 hours; larger or more complex businesses can take up to 24 hours.
Who this is for, and who it isn’t
Gaps the audit usually finds
A Google listing set up once and never touched
It was filled in when you started. Since then your hours, phone, or services changed, and the listing didn’t.
Different details everywhere
Your name, phone, or address is slightly different on your site, Google, and a few directories. Customers get confused, and Google trusts your listing less.
Reviews that stopped coming
You had a burst of reviews early on, then nothing. A last review from a long time ago makes customers wonder if you’re still in business.
What running the audit looks like
You check out
$500 on Stripe. You get an email with a link that signs you in. Nothing to set up.
We look where your customers look
Your Google listing, your website if you have one, your social profiles, review sites, 40+ directories, and what ChatGPT and Perplexity say when someone asks for someone who does what you do near them.
A second check on every finding
A second AI model re-checks each finding. When two sources disagree, like an old phone number on one directory, it gets flagged for a person, not guessed at.
Your report arrives
Two scores and a ranked fix list, with the most important fix at the top. You decide what happens next.
Price, what it connects to, and limits

What it connects to
Nothing to install and nothing to set up. The audit reads what customers already see: your Google Business Profile, Google Search and Maps, your website, 40+ directories, review sites, your social profiles, and what ChatGPT and Perplexity say when someone asks about businesses like yours.
Limits
- Each location needs its own audit for its own listings, reviews, and search results — but shared website work isn’t billed twice. Contact us for a quote.
- The audit finds and ranks problems. It doesn’t make the changes for you. That’s what our monthly plans do, and nothing there goes live without your yes.
- We don’t promise rankings, calls, or bookings. We measure what’s there today and show you what moved next time.
- We don’t run or manage paid ads.
Questions from owners like you
I don’t have time to fix a long list. Is this for me?
Yes. The list is ranked, so the top one or two items are where your time pays off most. You can stop there.
I don’t have a website. Should I still get the audit?
Yes. It covers your Google listing, directories, reviews, and social profiles, and tells you what you’re missing without a site.
Will you try to sell me a monthly plan?
You’ll see that our monthly plans exist. Whether you use one is up to you. The audit is useful on its own.
