Form-to-CRM speed-to-lead for local service businesses

A web lead that waits until tomorrow for a call-back is usually gone. We put every form fill straight into your CRM, ping the owner, and hold a call-back slot while the lead is still warm.

How it works

Three steps.

01 · Today

The lead waits in an inbox.

A form comes in from your site. It sits in an inbox until someone copies it into the CRM, and the call-back happens tomorrow — if it happens.

02 · What we wire

Form to CRM to owner, in one pass.

The form submit creates the lead in your CRM with the details filled in, pings the owner in Slack, and places a tentative hold on the calendar for the call-back.

03 · What you control

You approve the routing. Every lead leaves a receipt.

You approve who gets pinged, what gets filled in, and when a hold is placed. Each lead's path — created, pinged, held — is logged in your portal.

FAQ

Short answers.

Which forms and CRMs do you support?
If your form can send its submissions somewhere and your CRM accepts new records from outside — most can — we can connect them. The audit confirms your exact tools before you pay for a build.
How long does it take?
The audit sets the timeline in writing, and you see it before you approve the build.
What happens if I change CRMs?
The destination gets re-pointed to the new CRM and the field mapping is redone; the form, the ping and the calendar hold stay as they are. We scope that change from the workflow map in your audit.
Who owns it when something breaks?
A named person on your side owns the workflow — the audit won't scope a build without one. If a lead doesn't make it into the CRM, the run log shows where it stopped, and the fix goes to whoever you've agreed on: your team or ours.

Start with the audit.

It maps this workflow in your business, sizes the build, and tells you what we won’t do — before you spend more.
