Data Deletion

You can ask No Code Labs Inc. (“NoCode Labs,” “we,” “us”) to delete the data we hold about you at any time. This page explains what you can ask us to delete, how to ask, and what happens next.
What you can ask us to delete. Any personal data we hold about you, including your contact details, the information you submitted through our forms, your audit and engagement records, and any data we received from accounts you connected to our platform — Google (Business Profile, Search Console, Analytics) and Meta (Facebook Pages, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and ad accounts).
How to request deletion. Email info@nocodelabs.io with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include:
- Your name and the email address you used with us.
- Your business name or website.
- Whether you want all of your data deleted, or only specific data (for example, only data from a connected Facebook Page).
Please send the request from the email address we have on file, so we can confirm it’s you. If you can’t, tell us in the email and we’ll verify your identity another way before deleting anything.
If you connected a Facebook or Instagram account. You can remove NoCode Labs’ access yourself at any time. In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings, then the Business Integrations or Apps and Websites section, and remove NoCode Labs. Removing access stops us from receiving new data. To have us also delete the data we already received, send the email request above.
If you connected a Google account. You can remove our access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. As with Meta, send the email request above to have us delete the data we already received.
What happens next. We reply to confirm we received your request. Once we’ve confirmed it’s you, we delete the requested data from our systems and from our cloud infrastructure providers, then email you to confirm the deletion. We will confirm deletion within 30 days of receiving your request.
What we may be required to keep. We may keep records that the law requires us to retain, such as payment and tax records, for as long as the law requires. We do not use retained records for any other purpose.
